We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2013 BCLA Conference and Exhibition.

We are honoured to be Patron Sponsors of the 38th annual BCLA Clinical Conference and Exhibition, and fully expect a rewarding four days.

For this year’s conference we are delighted to introduce a strong line-up of industry and retail experts, each hosting their own interactive question and answer session, alongside two well-respected speakers for our Partner Presentation and Partner Showcase.

From CooperVision in California, Dr Gary Orsborn, Senior Director of Global Professional Affairs will be revealing CooperVision’s passion for meeting patient’s needs today, tomorrow and beyond. We are very excited to also introduce our special guest speaker, Andrew McMillan. Having previously spent over 20 years with the John Lewis partnership, focusing on leading customer service across the department store division, Andrew’s presentation will demonstrate how today’s practice can learn from the very best retail models.

Here at CooperVision we understand that no two eyes, no two patients and no two days are ever the same. With the ability to satisfy simple single-vision needs to complex multifocal toric prescriptions and everything in between, our presence will centre on our extensive product range and how to bring imagination to life in order to drive patient retention and loyalty.

Be sure to drop by our stand to find out how to satisfy even more of your patients – and don’t forget to try a complimentary scoop of our delicious gelato whilst you are there!

We hope you enjoy the conference,

Nigel Mallinson
Managing Director UK and Ireland
